The neighborhood bakery Cooper City deserves

  • From scratch, every morning. Our ovens fire at 4am so the case is full by 6:30. Nothing frozen, nothing trucked in.

Questions we hear every week

How far ahead should I order a custom cake?
Simple designs: 72 hours. Tiered or sculpted cakes: 2–3 weeks. Wedding cakes: 1–2 months (with a tasting). Short on time? Call — we keep a few rush slots open each week.
Are the gluten-free and vegan options actually good?
They're recipes we developed for our own family, not box mixes. The GF almond cake and the vegan chocolate loaf outsell several "regular" items. Try before you commit — we always have samples.
Do you deliver?
Catering orders and custom cakes over $100 deliver across our service area for a small fee based on distance. Everyday pastries and bread are pickup only — they're too fresh to sit in a car queue.
Can I taste flavors before ordering a cake?
Yes — tasting appointments run on Saturday afternoons. You'll try up to six cake-and-filling combinations. The tasting fee is credited toward your order.
Do you do wholesale for cafes and restaurants?
We bake for a handful of local partners — croissants, breads and dessert menus, delivered before opening. Capacity is limited; get in touch and we'll see if the schedule fits.
