Is the consultation really free?
Yes — 15 minutes, no strings. We look at your hair in person, talk through your photos and give you a real price for the plan. Book it like any other appointment.
How long does balayage take?
Plan for 3–4 hours for a full balayage with toner and style. Bigger transformations (dark to blonde) may be staged over two visits — we'll tell you upfront, not halfway through.
Do you require a deposit?
Color services over $150 take a small deposit that goes toward your total. Cancellations with 24+ hours notice get it back in full, always.
Do you cut men's and kids' hair?
Absolutely — everyone's welcome in our chairs. Men's precision cuts from $35 and kids (under 12) from $25, Tuesday through Thursday.
What products do you use?
Professional color lines with bond protection, plus a curated shelf of sulfate-free care we actually use ourselves. Sensitive scalp? Tell us when you book — we have ammonia-free options.
