Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Everything is month-to-month — pause for vacation, cancel anytime with a week's notice. Companies that need contracts are usually compensating for something.
How often should a Florida lawn be mowed?
Weekly from April through October (St. Augustine grass grows fast in the rain), bi-weekly in the cooler months. Your monthly price already accounts for the seasonal switch.
What are the watering restrictions in Broward?
